PLAYTIME raises the vibrancy of the street to new heights. By turning the typical central tower access inside out, the design creates a tower with the vertical transportation as a 'lively shell'. The slender tower volume is wrapped with a minimal frame that accommodates large outdoor spaces, abundant greenery and brightly coloured stairs."

This project was a testing ground for capabilities of Epic Game's Twinmotion real-time rendering engine which allowed for extracting multiple outputs from a single environment. We pushed its limits and achieved some great results while maintaining very collaborative and adaptable workflow. Enjoy and let us know if you have any questions about it!
